I chose the "My Own Way" symbol because I have always been a huge Roger fan and wanted to stay true to my devotion to the band's original lineup. Of course, I had to include the Duran Duran above it so that there would be no doubt to whom this tattoo is dedicated. I had the chance to meet the band in San Francisco [Editor's Note: in September, 2003] and it was a hit. Roger even bent down and rubbed my leg to prove to himself that it was real!!! There was no pain and that moment made me even more proud of my tattoo. I love these guys and have for so long that I chose to use the tattoo to demonstrate to EVERYONE how important they are to me!
